Return Policy
Remergent™ wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our web site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation, allergic reaction or any other efficacy reason, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or in-house credit only. If your product is unopened you may return it for a full refund.
To initiate your return, you must contact us at customerservice@agiderm.com or call us at 800-590-4244 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer service associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return.
For returns, only product costs are subject to credit or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Once an In-House credit has been issued, you MUST call in your credit card information on your new order and ask to have the credit applied to that order.
